S. Test Systems Private Limited (WSTS) was established during 1984 at
Bangalore as a joint venture between W. S. Industries (India)
Limited, Chennai and MWB Messwandler-BauAG, Germany, with the
objective of making available high voltage test and measuring equipment
of International Standards at competitive prices to various segment of
users in India. The company has established itself as a leading
manufacturer of High Voltage test and measuring equipment in India. It
is currently engaged in the production of high voltage construction kits
and related instrumentation - popular among research / training
institutions and medium voltage power equipment manufacturers all over
the world.
Besides manufacturing the multifunctional AC/DC/Impulse construction kit
upto 420kV, the company also specialises in the manufacture of PD free
Coupling Capacitors of different voltage ratings conforming strictly to
the specifications laid down by IEC.
From the begining, WSTS has been actively engaged in evolving new
designs for test equipment to cater to the application specific
requirements of electric utilities as well as low and medium voltage
equipment manufacturers.
